Why is logging in safe?

Every step of logging in to CloudBets is secured. Mobile number login requires OTP verification — even if someone knows your password, they can't get in without the OTP.

Our system monitors every login attempt. If access is tried from an unusual location or device, an automatic alert is sent. CloudBets will never ask for your password via email or SMS — if anyone does, it's phishing.

Use a VPN when betting on public Wi-Fi. Always log out after your session — especially on shared devices. If anything looks unusual after signing in to CloudBets, change your password immediately.

Warning: CloudBets will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone. Anyone who does is a scammer.

Change Number? If your registered mobile number has changed, contact Support — your number can be updated after KYC verification.

FAQ

CloudBets Login & Betting FAQs

CloudBets is built primarily for users in Bangladesh, so Bangla is set as the default language. To change it, go to your Profile or Settings menu after logging in and look for the "Language" option. From there, you can select English or any other available language. On the mobile app, it's even easier — just tap the Settings icon and the language options will appear. Changing the language will update all text across the site, though some game names and odds boxes may always display in English.

If a match is completely cancelled or officially declared void under international rules, CloudBets automatically refunds the full stake to your balance — no deductions. However, if a match is abandoned mid-way after a certain number of overs or minutes have elapsed, the result may be settled based on the score at that point, depending on the sport's rules and CloudBets' terms and conditions. In cricket, for example, if a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, bets will be settled accordingly. The best approach is to check the "Result" section on the bet details page or contact support.
