1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between CloudBets (referred to as "we", "CloudBets", or the "Platform") and its users (referred to as "you" or "user"). By registering on CloudBets or using the site, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms.

• Each individual may register only one account.

The information provided at registration — name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate. CloudBets may request a national ID or other documents for verification at any time.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your CloudBets account. Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.

All activity carried out while your account is logged in is considered your responsibility — even if someone else performed it. Always remember to log out when using CloudBets on a public device.

• Keep two-factor authentication enabled — it's the strongest protection for your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on CloudBets must be made in the account holder's registered name. Deposits from third parties or another person's mobile banking account are not permitted.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Your national ID and a selfie are required for your first withdrawal. To withdraw winnings derived from bonuses, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.
• CloudBets reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks to prevent money laundering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• CloudBets reserves the right to cancel bonuses if they are misused or if terms are violated.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• CloudBets reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and binding. In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed, CloudBets reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate it at the correct odds.

• Betting limits vary by event and market.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets placed on that event are generally refunded.
• Delays in live betting are normal and expected.
• The cashout option may not be available for all matches or situations.
• If a bet is accepted while odds are being updated, the odds in effect at the time of placement will apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair environment on CloudBets, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bet arbitrage or odds matching to fulfil bonus wagering requirements.
• Placing bets using computer bots or automated methods.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with others.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability on the Platform for personal gain.
• Any activity related to money laundering or the use of illegal funds.

If any of the above activities are detected, CloudBets may close the account without notice and withhold the associated balance.

8 Responsible Gaming

CloudBets believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress. That's why we offer a range of protective tools:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A temporary account break for a set period (cooling-off period).
• Self-exclusion — voluntarily closing your account for a set period.

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 18 months).

If your account is closed, you are entitled to a refund of your verified balance (excluding bonuses), unless the funds have been forfeited due to a terms violation.

11 Limitation of Liability

CloudBets is not liable for the following:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment services.
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
